Returns with original
sales receipt:
All items may be returned in their original
condition within 14 days from the date of purchase with original receipt.
Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment for the price paid or a
merchandise exchange. A gift receipt serves as proof of purchase price only.
Returns with a Gift Receipt:
All items may be
returned in their original condition within 14 days from the date of purchase
with a gift receipt. Refunds issued in the form of a store credit by mail or
merchandise exchange for the price paid. Store credits by mail and merchandise
certificates are non-transferable. A gift receipt serves as proof of purchase
price only.
Returns without a Receipt:
All items
returned in their original condition within 14 days will be exchanged for
alternate size or color only.
Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the
credit to appear on your statement.

be submitted to confidential arbitration in Swampscott, Massachusetts, except

injunctive or other appropriate relief in any state or federal court in the
state of Massachusetts, and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in
such courts. Arbitration under this agreement shall be conducted under the

award shall be binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of
